Calling All Artists - Art Show & Sale Opportunity

The architectural design firm of Ford & Earl has offered to display the work of I/ACT member artists at their company's annual holiday party. This event is frequented by designers from around metro Detroit. It would offer an opportunity for Troy artists to have their work viewed by an influential group of decision makers.

  • Time: 4pm to 7pm

Adrian Jellinek had a "One Man Show" at the Troy Library during the month of October.

Adrian  received the "Incredible Kid" award in 2007.  He also had some impressive sales at the recent Troy Kiwanis fundraiser at the Lasalle Bank headquarters.
I/ACT Mural Makes the News
Words At Play Mural Painted by I/ACT Artists
The "Words at Play" mural painted by artists
James Homer Brown, Diana Jellinek, Linda Shears and intern Annie Lloyd receive was recognized in a half page article in the August 12 issue of the Troy Eccentric.

This mural was designed for a children's speech therapy class and is an excellent example of the positive influence of public art in our society.  The mural has been on display in the Troy Public Library over the past few months.
